Worth its 3 stars. Very clean hotel with a HELPFUL staff and amazing rooms. As picky eaters we really enjoyed to be close to a good choice of restaurants, went to china town wok couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. The beds are comfy to sleep on.

Good value, you might want to try it. We greatly enjoyed it, its staff and people. The breakfast's price is 12 EUR per person. Our guest room included heating and a study table.
